1.3. Select service language
The service is available in Hungarian, English and German.
To select the service language, click the MAGYAR, ENGLISH or DEUTSCH label in the upper right corner of the screens.
You can also select the language via the Settings / Select Language menu. On the page displayed, click the label or flag of the language you wish to use to switch to that language.
You can also select the language on the login screen before entering your login data by clicking MAGYAR, ENGLISH or DEUTSCH in the upper right corner.
1.6. Data export
The system also enables the export of certain displayed data. During export, a fixed-format file is generated on your computer.
Important! When using the export function, your financial data may be saved to files that may be accessible to others depending on your computer’s settings. To protect your data, please ensure that no unauthorized persons can access these files. Preferably avoid using the export function on an unknown computer (e.g. in an internet café).

If the information you are viewing can be exported, the Export label will appear on the page. Click the label. After clicking it, a list of available formats will appear. To generate the export file in the desired format, right-click the name of the chosen format and select Save Target As . Then select the folder you want to save the file to and enter the desired filename.
By left-clicking the format, your browser will attempt to open the file immediately based on the file extension and your computer’s settings. If the browser is unable to find a program associated with the required extension, it will offer you the option to save the file. However, it may also attempt to open the file with a program that cannot interpret it. Therefore, it is recommended that you use the right-click method.
To close the small window containing the list of export formats, click the X icon in the upper-right corner.

2.5.1. List of orders
In this menu item, you can view a list of the customer’s order packages that have been recorded but have not yet been submitted to the bank.
Clicking the List of Orders menu displays the recorded orders. Alongside the main data, the list also shows whether the package has been signed and imported.
Clicking the downward-pointing arrow next to a package opens further information about that package.
When clicking the button, several buttons will appear:
By clicking the View button, you can view the full contents of the package.
By clicking Edit , you can modify the contents of the package.
Clicking Delete will delete the package after a confirmation question.
If the package has been signed, clicking Delete Signatures will remove the signatures from the package.
Clicking Change Date allows you to modify the planned submission date of the package.
Clicking Move to Shared Area will move the package to the so-called shared area.
Packages already in the shared area appear at the bottom of the list. Clicking the downward-pointing arrow next to such a package will display the Retrieve button, which removes the package from the shared area.
At the bottom of the list, the Sign Packages button takes you to a page where you can sign packages.
To sign packages, click the packages you want to sign, enter your password (or SMS code), then click OK .
Clicking Cancel returns you to the list of orders.
The Send Packages button (also at the bottom of the list) takes you to a page where you can submit signed packages to the bank.
To submit packages, select the signed packages and click OK .
Clicking Cancel returns you to the list of orders.
On both the signing and submission pages, you can also view the full contents of any package by clicking the right-pointing arrow next to the package.

3. Orders management
You can use the Electra Internet Banking service to submit orders to the bank.
To do this, you must record and authenticate the order before submitting it to the bank.
To send an order to the bank, you can choose between two methods: By Creating a Package or Instant Submission.
If you use Instant Submission, you record and sign an order, and the order is automatically forwarded to the bank. In this case, the order is not stored, and it cannot subsequently be modified.
When creating a package, you will create so-called order packages. Depending on the type of order, these packages may contain one or more orders.
Orders with identical header data will form a package. Header data include the planned submission date, the classification, the debit account number and the order type.
These packages do not need to be signed and submitted to the bank immediately.
You can sign them later, and can even sign multiple packages at the same time.
Choose this method if you want to submit several orders of the same type at the same time, or if another user will sign the orders, or if you wish to submit the order to the bank at a later time.
