2.3. Request information
2.3.1. Account balance
In this menu item, you can query your current account balance.
This screen shows the balance inquiry time, balances by currency, and the balances of the customer’s accounts.
Deposit accounts do not appear on this screen.
By clicking the downward arrow next to each account, you can access additional information related to that account.
2.3.2. Fixed deposits
In this menu item, you can request the details of the customer’s deposit accounts. Clicking the Fixed deposits menu item displays the main details of the customer’s deposit accounts.
By clicking the downward arrow next to a deposit, you can break the fixed deposit using the Deposit Termination button by recording and submitting a termination order on the page displayed.
By clicking the downward arrow next to a deposit, you can enter a Change Maturity Instructions order using the Edit Maturity Instructions button displayed.
By clicking the downward arrow next to a deposit, you can enter an Add Capital order using the Add Capital button displayed.
By clicking the downward arrow next to a deposit, you can enter a Release Partial Amount order using the Release Partial Amount button displayed.
You can also print the details of fixed deposits.
Using the Place New Deposit button displayed, you can record and submit a deposit placement instruction to the bank.
2.3.3. Account history
In this menu item you can request the account history of the selected account for a given period.
By clicking the Account History menu item, the page displayed allows you to specify which account and which time period you wish to retrieve. You can request the account history for a single account at a time. If you enter an invalid start or end date, or an invalid time period, you will receive an error message indicating the type of error. You may also enter the dates by clicking the calendar icon next to the date input field and selecting the desired date.
Clicking the OK button will display the details of the selected account and the transactions for the specified time period. By clicking the right-pointing arrow next to each transaction, you can access additional information about the selected transaction.
You can also print the account history.
By clicking the Back button on the page displayed, you can enter a new account number or time period to query a new account history.
2.3.4. Account statement
In this menu item, you can view account statements.
By clicking the Account Statement menu item, the displayed page allows you to specify the time period for which you wish to retrieve statements. You may also enter the date values by clicking the calendar icon next to the date input field and selecting the desired date.
Clicking the OK button takes you to a page where you may choose which statement you want to view for the selected period. If only one statement has been produced for that period, this selection page will not appear.
By clicking the Download Latest Account Statement button, you can view the most recent statement.
On the displayed page, clicking the Back button returns you to the period-selection page.
On the displayed page, you can select which account’s statement you wish to view.
By clicking the right-pointing arrow next to each account, you will obtain the requested statement. By clicking the right-pointing arrow next to each transaction, it provides further details of the transaction concerned.
You also have the option to print or export the account statement.
2.3.5. Notifications
By clicking the Notifications menu item, on the page displayed, you can specify the time period for which you want to view notifications.
If you have no notifications, you will receive an information message. Otherwise, the list of notifications will appear.
By clicking the right-pointing arrow next to a notification, you can view its details.
You can also print and export notifications.
2.3.6. Daily transactions completed
In this menu item, you can retrieve the list of daily transactions completed.
After clicking the Daily Transactions Completed menu item, you can select the account whose posted transactions you wish to view.
By clicking the right-pointing arrow next to the selected account, the transactions posted to that account on the current day will be displayed.
Clicking the Back button returns you to the account selection page.
By clicking the right-pointing arrow next to a transaction, you can view the details of that transaction.
You can also print the list of daily transactions completed.
2.3.7. Exchange rates
In this menu item, you can view exchange-rate lists.
By clicking the Exchange Rates menu item, the displayed page allows you to specify the date for which you want to view the exchange rates.
You may also enter the date by clicking the calendar icon next to the date input field and selecting the desired date.
Clicking the OK button displays the available exchange-rate types for the specified date.
Clicking the Back button returns you to the date-selection page.
By clicking the right-pointing arrow next to an exchange-rate type, you can view the corresponding exchange-rate list.
You can also print the exchange-rate information.
2.3.8. Verification table
In this menu item, you can view the data used by the system to verify GIRO account numbers.
You can initiate a transfer only to a GIRO account whose first eight digits appear in the validation table.
You can also export the validation table.
2.3.9. View the log
The system enables users to request a list of all instructions and commands initiated in Electra Internet Banking.
The list enables the tracking of events related to the use of the service, e.g. the time a particular user logged into the system or initiated a transfer.
2.3.10. Banking information
By clicking the Banking Information menu item, you can access additional information on the webpage displayed.
2.3.11. FAQ
In this menu item, you can download a document that provides answers to frequently asked questions.
2.3.12. Standing orders
In this menu item, you can retrieve and manage the standing orders you have submitted. The displayed list shows your standing orders. By clicking a row, the operations available for that standing order will appear. By selecting the appropriate button, you can view, modify, or delete a standing order.
A button at the bottom of the list allows you to enter a new standing order.
New standing orders, as well as modifications or deletions of existing ones, must also be submitted to the bank (once the order has been signed).
2.3.13. Authorisation for direct debit
Here you can retrieve the direct debit (utility payment) authorisations you have submitted. The displayed list shows your authorisations. By clicking a row, the operations available for that authorisation will appear. By selecting the appropriate button, you can view, modify, or delete the authorisation.
A button at the bottom of the list allows you to enter a new authorisation.
New authorisations, as well as the modification or deletion of existing ones, must also be submitted to the bank (after the authorisation has been signed).
